China export standards for United Kingdom (UKCA)

Following its departure from the EU's single market, the United Kingdom established the UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) marking for Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales). The regulatory framework largely mirrors former EU directives but is now administered domestically, with UK-based approved bodies issuing certificates. Exporters from China are required to appoint a UK Responsible Person or importer, and must ensure that product standards referenced are those recognised by the relevant UK authorities. Northern Ireland retains CE marking access under the Windsor Framework for goods meeting certain criteria. The comparison pages below cover the principal product categories where UKCA differs materially from CE.
