China export standards for Japan (PSE/JET)

Japan's electrical safety regime is administered under the Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act (DENAN), with the PSE (Product Safety Electrical Appliance and Material) mark mandatory for a broad range of electrical products. Certain product categories require third-party certification by a Registered Certification Body, while others allow self-declaration.
