Nothing beyond standard Cloudflare edge logs — IP address, user agent, and country — retained briefly for security and abuse prevention. No analytics. No cookies, except a single localStorage entry named asaptic-lang that remembers your language preference.
Why we collect it
Security and language detection. That is the entire list.
Third parties
Cloudflare hosts the site and serves edge traffic. Google Fonts delivers Inter and JetBrains Mono. There are no tracking pixels, no ad networks, and no analytics providers.
Supplier Portal registration
If you register as a supplier on our tender portal, we collect your email address, company name, product and service categories, and region to verify your registration and grant access to the sanitized weekly tender list. If you later request supplier verification for a specific tender or spec request, we may additionally collect company verification data, including your business registration number and company certificate. If you separately opt in, we use your email address to send you the weekly tender digest; you may withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any digest email or by writing to [email protected]. This data may be disclosed to our data processors — for example, our email delivery and hosting providers — strictly for the purposes above, and is never sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance by writing to [email protected]. We retain this data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 24 months after your last login, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law.
