Asaptic (HK) Ltd was incorporated in Hong Kong in July 2021; the current AI trade-execution project began around July 2025. The engine reads a requirement, clears cross-market compliance, sources and prices, and drives the deal to a signed, delivered contract — our AI-built bids have won a cumulative US$10M+ in government tenders, now in fulfillment. That contract's counterparty is our client, not Asaptic; on Asaptic's own sourcing transactions (below), Asaptic itself acts as principal and commercial counterparty. We also engineer embodied autonomous systems — the HK300 heavy-lift unmanned helicopter, autonomous marine vessels, and ground robots, as an HKU __REDACTED__ startup in the HKSTP ecosystem — as a separate deep-tech lane. The pipeline is approximately 99% AI-operated by internal estimate, with human review on every outgoing commitment.

We are the commercial counterparty, not a middleman.

On Asaptic's own sourcing transactions, Asaptic takes title to goods and acts as the seller of record — this means your contract is with Asaptic, not an unnamed factory. (On government tender engagements executed for a client,, the client remains the contract holder — Asaptic builds the winning bid and supply chain, not the counterparty of record.) Liability, warranty, and compliance obligations sit with us, not passed through to an upstream party you have no visibility into. We source from verified factories and stand behind the product, including clinical device sourcing with full compliance documentation. This is a structurally different relationship from freight brokers, trading agencies, or commission-based sourcing agents.

No consumer goods. No retail. No direct-to-consumer fulfilment.

Asaptic operates exclusively in business-to-business supply chains. Our minimum engagement is a commercial purchase order with a qualified business buyer. We do not supply individuals, do not list on consumer marketplaces, and do not provide fulfilment services for retail inventory. If your buying entity is a registered business with a genuine procurement requirement, you are in scope.

No Unverified Factory Brokering

We do not pass buyer RFQs to an open pool of unvetted suppliers and take a commission on whatever responds. Every factory in our pipeline has been qualified through direct engagement, transaction history, or an on-the-ground audit process.
